LoomLogic AI provides AI-driven trading automation and inventory management software. Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to maintain our competitive edge in textile tech.
2. Data Privacy & Analytics
We process textile market data to provide predictive analytics. While we anonymize aggregated data for trend spotting, your specific business data remains confidential. We adhere to GDPR and UK data protection standards. How can we ensure your fabrics remain your secret? By implementing end-to-end encryption across all trading nodes.
3. Limitation of Liability
While our predictive analytics for textile market trends are highly accurate, market volatility in the yarn and fabric sectors can be unpredictable. LoomLogic AI is not responsible for trading losses incurred through the use of fully automated systems. You acknowledge that AI trading involves inherent risks.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Belfast, near our Rann Road headquarters. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.
